At Continuum Clinical, being a leader in patient recruitment and retention means more than just delivering for our clients—it also means investing in the people who make that success possible: our employees.
Not long ago, a simple question sparked a big idea: “How can our employees truly understand patient recruitment if they’ve never set foot in a clinical research site?” That question led to the creation of the inSITE Program: an immersive learning experience designed to give our team firsthand insight into the day-to-day operations, challenges, and realities of clinical research sites.
Launched in late 2024, the inSITE Program allows Continuum Clinical employees to visit real research sites, observe site operations, and engage directly with site staff. The goal? To deepen their understanding of the clinical trial process and better support our clients and partners in recruiting and retaining patients.
But we didn’t do it alone.
We’re proud to partner with Elite Clinical Network, a unified network of pharmaceutical research sites, who played a critical role in bringing this program to life. With more than 25 research sites across a wide range of specialties, Elite Clinical Network helped us coordinate, schedule, and oversee site visits for our globally distributed team. They were instrumental in ensuring that every visit was both accessible and meaningful.
Thanks to their expertise and support, the inSITE Program has taken off quickly. In just the first quarter of 2025, nearly 10 site visits were completed. And interest continues to grow. We’re committed to expanding the program so that every employee who wants to participate has the opportunity to experience a clinical research site firsthand.
With the continued support of Elite Clinical Network, we’re excited to keep building bridges between our team and the sites we serve—because understanding the patient journey starts with seeing it up close.
